1 | can | (16 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce | |

1 | bottle | (10 to 12 ounces) chili sauce | |

2 | Tablespoons | flour | |

|||
1 | Tablespoon | yellow mustard | |
|
|||
2 | packages | (14 to 16 ounces each) smoked sausage, cut diagonally in 1/2- inch pieces | |

1 | medium onion, cut in 12 wedges and separated | ||

1 | medium green bell pepper, cut into 1- inch pices | ||
|

Heavy duty aluminum foil (24- inch sheet) or standard aluminum foil (2 24- inch sheets) | |||

Preheat oven to 450 F. or grill to medium-high. In large bowl, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, flour and mustard. Add sausage, onion and green pepper. Open foil bag. Spoon mixture into foil bag. To seal, double fold open end of foil bag. Place foil bag in a 1-inch deep pan. To cook, leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven or slide foil bag onto grill. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in supporting pan in oven or grill 12 to 15 minutes in covered grill. Use oven mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape. Stir before serving.
