1/2 | cup | feta cheese, crumbled | |

2 | teaspoons | chopped garlic | |

Leaves from 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped | |||

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; blend until smooth. Add a bit of milk if mixture is too thick. Use as dip for fresh vegetables, toasted bread or crackers.
