Pre-heat a gas or charcoal outdoor grill. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, seasoning and a 1/4 cup of the hot sauce.
Mix until well blended. Form into 4 equal patties about 8 oz. each. Set aside at room temperature for 20 minutes while grill pre-heats.
Place burgers over direct heat on grill. Grill for 2 minutes. Flip burgers and brush with some of the remaining hot sauce. Grill for another 2 minutes.
Flip burgers again and brush with remaining hot sauce. Place 2 slices of cheese over each burger. Grill for another 2 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness. Transfer to a plate, loosely cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
Spoon 1/4 cup of prepared coleslaw onto the bottom of each burger bun. Place one cheeseburger over the coleslaw. Finish with bun top. Serve.
To Enhance:
Make your own celery ranch slaw with thinly sliced celery, chopped celery leaves, shredded slaw mix, ranch dressing, and chopped dill. Ground chuck can be replaced with ground chicken if desired.
