1/2 | cup | toasted walnuts | |

1/2 | cup | nonfat sour cream | |

assorted vegetable pieces and breadsticks for dipping | |||

Puree cottage cheese, marmalade, onion, curry powder, salt and liquid red pepper in blender; add walnuts and whirl to finely chop. Add sour cream; whirl to blend. Scrape into serving bowl. Chill several hours for flavors to mellow. Serve with cut up vegetables and breadsticks.
