3 | cloves | garlic, minced | |

1 | tablespoon | olive oil | |

2 | cubes | vegetable bouillon | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | boiling water | |
|
|||
3 | cans | (15 oz.) black beans, drained and mashed | |

|||
2 | Jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced | ||
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | chili powder | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | ground cumin | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
Tortilla chips | |||

Cook onion and garlic in hot oil in a skillet over medium high heat, stirring often (about 20 minutes.) Combine bouillon cubes and 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir until cubes have dissolved. Add bouillon, beans, peppers, chili powder, cumin and pepper to onion mixture; cook over medium high heat, stirring often (about 10 minutes.) Serve with Tortilla Chips
