3 | packages | (8 ounce each) cream cheese, softened | |

3/4 | teaspoon | seasoned salt | |

1/4 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | Tablespoons | fresh dill, minced | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | grated lemon rind | |
|
|||
6 | ounces | thinly sliced smoked salmon, divided | |
|
|||
Garnish with fresh dill sprigs | |||
|
Stir together cream cheese, seasoned salt, ground pepper, dill and lemon rind. Fine chop 4 ounces of the salmon, and stir into cream cheese mixture. Cut remaining 2 ounces salmon into 1/4 inch wide strips, and roll into pinwheels. Garnish pinwheels with cream cheese/salmon mixture and, if desired, dill sprigs. Serve with assorted crackers.
