1 | package | yellow cake mix | |

1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
|
|||
1 | cup | canned solid pack pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | butter, softened | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | raisins, if desired | |
|
|||
1 | container | vanilla ready-to-spread frosting | |
|
Heat oven to 375 degrees F
Stir cake mix (dry), cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Mix in canned pumpkin and butter until well blended. Stir in raisins.
Drop dough by generous tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto cookie sheet.
Bake 11 to 12 minutes or until set and light golden brown around edges. Cool 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
Top with frosting.
