1 | large onion, sliced and separated into rings | ||

3 | pounds | boneless country style pork ribs | |

|||
1 | bottle | (18 ounces) barbecue sauce | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | maple syrup | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | spicy brown mustard | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
Place onion in a 5- quart slow cooker. Top with the ribs.
Combine the barbecue sauce, syrup, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until the meat is tender.
