Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese | |||

Avocado, chopped | |||

8 | crispy corn taco shells | ||

8 | (6- inch) flour tortillas | ||
|
In a large skillet brown ground beef or plant based ground meat alternative.
Add taco seasoning mix and prepare according to package instructions.
Heat taco shells and tortillas as package directs.
Wrap a flour tortilla around a crispy corn taco shell or double stack two flour tortillas or stack two taco shells together - just make sure to double up!
