Yield: Makes 12 servings.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
2 | cans | (15 oz. each) peach slices, drained, chopped | |

2 | cans | (8 oz. each) pineapple chunks, drained, chopped | |
|
|||
2 | cups | strawberries, chopped | |
|
|||
4 | kiwifruit, peeled, chopped | ||
|
|||
1/4 | cup | firmly packed brown sugar | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | ground ginger | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | ground allspice | |
|
|||
1 | tub | (8 oz.) Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping, thawed | |
|
1. Stir peaches, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi fruit, brown sugar and spices in medium bowl.
2. Layer fruit alternately with whipped topping in large dessert or trifle bowl.
