Yield: 8 sliders
1/4 | pound | lean ground beef | |

1 | cup | Roquefort cheese, crumbled | |
|
|||
3 | Melissa's Hatch Chiles (sub Anaheim Chile for mild heat) roasted, peeled, seeded, diced to taste | ||
|
|||
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |||
|
|||
8 | sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls, halved horizontally | ||
|
Prepare a hot grill.
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the dinner rolls, until well mixed. Form the meat into 8 small patties.
Grill the patties on the hot bbq until desired doneness.
Serve on the dinner rolls with your favorite condiments (i.e. ketchup, mustard, relish, tomato, onion, etc.).
Hawaiian sweet rolls are a great vessel for these petite burgers.
