in the Husk, In Foil or Directly on the Grill

In the Husk:
Carefully peel back husks of the corn without removing; remove silk. Pull husks back in place, recovering ear of corn.
Place in a large bowl of cold water; soak 30 minutes. Remove from water; shake off excess water.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Place corn on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, 15-20 minutes or until corn is tender.
Remove from grill; carefully pull husks down corn and brush with melted butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
In Foil:
Remove husks and silk from corn. Place one ear of corn in center of a 24-inch piece of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Brush with melted butter; salt and pepper to taste. Bring edges of foil together and seal. Roll up corn in foil and seal ends.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Place corn on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, 15-20 minutes or until corn is tender. Remove from grill; carefully remove foil.
Directly on the Grill:
Remove husks and silk from corn. Brush with melted butter.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Place corn directly on grill. Grill, turning frequently, 8-10 minutes or until corn is tender (kernels will have a charred appearance).
Remove from grill; brush with additional melted butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
