1/4 | cup | Essential Everyday Honey | |

1 1/2 | tablespoons | Essential Everyday Less Sodium Soy Sauce | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | tablespoons | Essential Everyday Pure Vegetable Oil | |

|||
1 | tablespoon | minced fresh gingeroot | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | chopped garlic | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | Essential Everyday Chili Powder | |

2 1/2 | pounds | chicken drumsticks | |

In small bowl, combine apricot preserves, honey, soy sauce, oil, ginger, garlic and chili powder. Set aside.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper. Place on grill; grill 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Brush chicken generously with glaze mixture. Continue grilling, turning occasionally and brushing with additional glaze, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees F on an instant read thermometer (about 15 minutes). Discard any remaining glaze.
