1 | can | (14 ounce) Essential Everyday Quartered Artichoke Hearts, drained | |
|
|||
1 | can | (6 ounce) Essential Everyday Small Pitted Ripe Olives | |
|
|||
1 | pint | grape tomatoes, halved | |
|
|||
1 | medium cucumber seeded and chopped | ||
|
|||
1 | cup | chopped red onion | |
|
|||
1/2 | red bell pepper, chopped | ||
|
|||
1/2 | yellow bell pepper, chopped | ||
|
|||
3/4 | cup | Essential Everyday Italian Dressing | |
|
Prepare pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain.
In large bowl, combine cooled pasta, artichoke hearts, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and peppers; toss with dressing.
Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight.
