1/2 | cup | finely chopped green onion | |
|
|||
1 | package | (8 ounce) Essential Everyday cream cheese, softened to room temperature | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | Essential Everyday blue cheese dressing | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | Essential Everyday buffalo wing sauce | |
|
|||
3 | cups | shredded rotisserie chicken | |
|
|||
1 | bag | Essential Everyday shredded cheddar cheese, divided | |
|
|||
sour cream for topping | |||

|||
Essential Everyday tortilla chips | |||

Essential Everyday crackers | |||

Essential Everyday potato chips | |||

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green onion and saute for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add in cream cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
Stir in blue cheese and buffalo sauce, then add in shredded chicken and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, stirring well to combine.
Transfer to an oval baking dish, then top generously with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
Pipe football laces on top of the dip with sour cream (optional).
