3 | cups | flour, divided | |

3 | cups | finely chopped apples | |
|
|||
1 | cup | finely chopped pecans or walnuts | |

3/4 | cup | egg substitute or 3 eggs | |
|
|||
2 | cups | sugar | |
|
|||
1 | cup | vegetable oil | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | ground cinnamon | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | vanilla | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda | |
|

1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
Toss 1/4 cup flour with apples and nuts; set aside. Beat eggs thoroughly in large bowl; blend in sugar. Alternately add remaining flour and oil. Stir in cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda and salt; mix well. Fold in apple mixture. Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour.
