1/2 | cup | raspberry preserves | |

1 | pkg. | (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix | |

1 1/2 | cups | cold milk | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | heavy cream | |
|
|||
2 | oz. | slivered almonds | |
|
|||
1 | pint | fresh raspberries | |
|
Separate lady fingers; sprinkle cut sides with sherry and spread with raspberry preserves. Arrange lady fingers vertically along the sides of a clear, medium bowl or small trifle bowl, raspberry sides facing in. In a second bowl, combine pudding mix with milk. Pudding will be stiff. Fold in cream until well blended. Fill bowl with puffing mixture and top with almonds and berries. Serve immediately or cover and chill.
