1 | cup | butter, softened | |

2 | tablespoons | chives, minced | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | fresh dill, minced | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
Soak corn in cold water for 1 hour. In a small mixing bowl, beat the butter,chives, dill, juice, sauce, salt and pepper until smooth; set aside.
Carefully peel back husks from corn; remove silk. Spread each ear of corn with butter mixture. Rewrap corn husks and secure with kitchen string. Grill on oiled grill rack, covered, for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
