1 1/2 | pounds | chicken wings with drumettes (about 16 pieces) | |

1 | cup | soy sauce | |

2 | teaspoons | brown sugar | |

1/4 | cup | white wine | |
|
|||
2 | cloves | garlic, mashed | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | sesame oil | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | ground ginger | |
|

Garnish: | |||
Green onion, finely chopped | |||

Sesame seeds | |||

Pat wings dry. Cut into pieces at joints. Discard wing tips.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, wine, garlic, oil and ginger. Spread wings in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over wings. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 325 degrees, in marinade, for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove hot wings from the pan and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
