2 | cups | WIld Harvest Organic Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach, large stems removed, thawed, drained well | |

1 | cup | fat free plain yogurt | |
|
|||
4 | ounces | cream cheese, softened | |
|
|||
1 | can | (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | shredded Parmesan cheese | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | green onions, chopped | |
|
|||
dash Wild Harvest Organic Ground Cayenne Pepper | |||

Wild Harvest Parmesan Garlic and Herb Pita Chips | |||
|
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pita chips. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed until well combined.
Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375 degree F oven 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned on top and bubbly.
Remove from oven and serve with pita chips.
