1 | can | (15 ounce) organic cannellini beans, rinsed and drained | |

1 | cup | Wild Harvest Organic Grape Tomatoes, halved | |

1 | ripe avocado pitted, peeled and chopped | ||

1/4 | cup | diced red onion | |

1 | package | (0.75 ounce) Wild Harvest Organic Fresh Cilantro, chopped | |

1/4 | cup | crumbled queso fresco cheese, optional | |

In large bowl, combine oil, lime juice, cumin and chili powder.
Stir in beans, tomatoes, avocado, onion and cilantro; salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in cheese, if desired.
