5 | tablespoons | Boursin® spreadable herb and garlic cheese, divided | |

Prepare grill to medium heat. In medium bowl, combine turkey, spinach, egg, dill, pepper and salt. Form into 8 thin patties. Place 1 tablespoon of cheese in center of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties and pinch sides to seal.
Place burgers on grill. Grill 6-8 minutes per side, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F on an instant read thermometer.
Meanwhile, in food processor or blender, combine roasted red peppers, olives, parsley and remaining 1 tablespoon cheese; salt and pepper to taste. Process until a paste forms. Spread paste on toasted buns. Top with tomato slices, burgers and cucumber slices.
